By using DottExp shipping services, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all users, including senders, recipients, and business account holders.
DottExp provides domestic and international courier and freight services. Service availability, transit times, and pricing are subject to change. Quoted delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed unless expressly stated in your service agreement.
The following items are prohibited from all DottExp shipments:
DottExp's liability for lost or damaged packages is limited to the declared value of the shipment, up to a maximum of $100 per shipment unless additional insurance is purchased. DottExp is not liable for consequential, incidental, or indirect damages.
Claims for lost or damaged shipments must be filed within 60 days of the ship date. Claims submitted after this period will not be honored. DottExp reserves the right to inspect damaged packages before processing any claim.
All shipping charges are due at the time of shipment unless you have an approved business account with net payment terms. DottExp reserves the right to pursue collection of unpaid charges including applicable interest and legal fees.
These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of New York County, New York.
